Overview
A luxury penthouse on the 38th floor with panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. The client wanted the interior to feel as expansive as the view — nothing competing with the horizon, just clean lines and considered materiality.
The Challenge
The existing layout crowded the main living space with heavy, dark furniture that absorbed what little interior light the north-facing rooms received. The dining area felt disconnected from the view entirely.
The Result
We replaced every piece of upholstered furniture with light linen and brushed brass, rotated the dining table to frame the sea view, and introduced a sculptural pendant light that draws the eye up. The apartment now feels twice its size.
